Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's Technology Vision 2026 roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Architect and oversee the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core products.
- Lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive technical decision-making in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
