Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Ecosystems: Design scalable, secure software architectures capable of handling AGI and quantum data processing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, identifying viable use cases for Neural Interfaces and Decentralized Compute.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a long-term technical strategy that aligns with our vision for the future.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Quantum Computing principles, Blockchain/Web3, and AI/ML integration.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
