- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for security and scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and AI integration.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
