- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision for AI integration and workforce transformation.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in Generative AI and automation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions.
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data governance.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term technology goals.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, AI-driven platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, or Technical Leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models, and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategy.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
