Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact R&D initiatives from concept to production.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience navigating the regulatory landscape of emerging AI technologies.
