Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic R&D roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, defining long-term technical goals.
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures and optimization algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate research findings into scalable production systems.
- Author high-impact research papers and patents for future technology disclosure.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in applied machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with strong knowledge of distributed systems.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, or generative AI models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
