Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of Quantum AI algorithms into existing neural networks.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI systems with a focus on transparency and bias reduction.
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference on distributed edge networks.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computational Mathematics.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, specifically in Deep Learning and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) and GPU optimization.
- Strong understanding of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) principles and theoretical frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
