Responsibilities
- Develop Comprehensive AI Governance Frameworks: Design and implement ethical guidelines that govern the deployment of autonomous agents and decision-making algorithms.
- Bias Auditing & Compliance: Conduct rigorous stress-testing of neural networks to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias across diverse demographic datasets.

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Master’s in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or a related field with a focus on Ethics & Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI ethics, policy making, or organizational compliance.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, neural networks, and data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex ethical dilemmas into actionable business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
