Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the R&D strategy for 2026 AI integrations, specifically focusing on LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployment models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI) relevant to our 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
