Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 technology landscape, focusing on efficiency and resilience.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the technical strategy for integrating next-gen AI capabilities, anticipating industry shifts and preparing systems for long-term scalability.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and edge computing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in deploying NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems at scale.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
