Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely manner.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to solve complex network issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment inventory.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and internet connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site role.
