Responsibilities
- Provide desktop hardware/software support to 50+ employees
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage network printers and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backups
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification a plus (we'll train)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
