Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on technology best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied environments
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for occasional site visits)
