Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage helpdesk tickets and document solutions in ITSM systems
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and cloud services
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical incidents
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
