Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Deploy and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Document technical issues and resolutions in service management systems
- Assist with network monitoring, security patches, and system updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license required for equipment transport
- US citizenship required for federal clearance
- Quick learner with passion for technology
