Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ employees
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches and firewalls
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associates degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and cloud technologies (Azure/Office 365)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
