Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and next-gen web technologies.
- Identify emerging tech trends (Quantum, AGI, IoT) and assess their viability for internal deployment.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, future-proof systems designed to handle exponential data growth.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on long-term vision and budget allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, architecture, or strategic planning roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 5 years in advance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
