Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision and 5-year roadmap for AI products, specifically targeting the capabilities required for 2026.
- R&D Management: Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers in developing proprietary algorithms and neural architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to integrate advanced AI into core business solutions while ensuring compliance.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy in accordance with emerging regulations.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit top-tier engineering talent to build and maintain a world-class AI research lab.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy and executive presentations.
