Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to seamlessly integrate next-generation AI models into our core platform.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in the market.
- Develop comprehensive frameworks for ethical, secure, and scalable AI deployment.
- Present quarterly progress, strategic insights, and ROI projections to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers and product managers.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in technology strategy, AI product management, or applied machine learning.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully scaling AI/ML products in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
