Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of our forward-looking 2026 AI roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to integrate next-gen AI models into core business platforms.
- Identify emerging AI trends and assess their potential impact on business operations and market competitiveness.
- Drive strategic partnerships with leading AI research institutions, startups, and technology vendors.
- Establish rigorous KPIs, ethical guidelines, and governance frameworks for secure AI deployment.
- Present strategic insights, progress updates, and investment justifications to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML product management, technology strategy, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise-level AI solutions.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into measurable strategic value.
- Excellent executive-level communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
