Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges within 24 hours
- Utilize Salesforce and proprietary software for real-time reporting and analytics
- Manage client communications via Slack and email with <2-hour response times
- Adapt to shifting priorities in fast-paced tech and logistics environments

- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in daily workflows
Qualifications
- Proven experience in contract/temporary roles with daily pay systems
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools
