- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead a world-class engineering team in developing scalable AI and machine learning models.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling technology teams and products.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Microservices.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
