Responsibilities

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and researchers focused on next-generation innovations.
- Identify potential tech disruptions and develop proactive mitigation and adaptation strategies.
- Present quarterly strategy updates to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of 2026 tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully launching large-scale, forward-looking technology products.
- Deep understanding of emerging trends expected to mature by 2026, including advanced AI and cloud-native ecosystems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
