Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching technology strategy and roadmap targeted for 2026 deployment.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies such as generative AI, spatial computing, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align future tech initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional innovation squads to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to forecast technological disruptions and identify strategic opportunities.
- Present quarterly strategy updates, ROI projections, and milestone achievements to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, agile methodologies, and forward-looking innovation across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling disruptive technologies from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of next-generation tech stacks, including AI/ML, Web3, and advanced data analytics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring high-performing technical teams.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
