Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and disruption signals
- Define sustainability frameworks for next-gen hardware
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (demonstrated publications/patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable impact
