Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology and market trend forecasts using quantitative and qualitative research
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in climate tech and digital infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging sociotechnical paradigms
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into 5-year roadmaps
- Monitor horizon scanning signals from academic, startup, and geopolitical domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented future-oriented solutions
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or relevant domain expertise
