Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for next-gen markets
- Design scalable methodologies for rapid prototyping of 2026-viable products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record delivering 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives
