As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate paradigm shifts and position Horizon Labs as an industry pioneer. You'll lead high-impact initiatives that redefine how organizations prepare for the next technological revolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments using predictive analytics
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Oversee implementation of emerging tech pilot programs
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
