Job Description
We are seeking a visionary AI Agent Architect to lead the development of autonomous systems that will define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. At Nexus Horizon Systems, we are building the operating systems for the future, focusing on self-learning, adaptive AI agents capable of complex reasoning and execution.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will design scalable architectures that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to create agents that can autonomously manage workflows, interact with APIs, and solve multi-step problems without human intervention.
If you are passionate about the future of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and want to build the tools that will power the next decade, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust multi-agent frameworks using Python and modern orchestration tools.
- Design state management and memory systems to enable long-term context retention and learning.
- Optimize AI inference pipelines for latency and cost efficiency at scale.
- Collaborate with product teams to define the roadmap for autonomous agent capabilities.
- Ensure ethical AI alignment and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in AI best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML development.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Track record of shipping complex, production-ready AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
