Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on advanced AI, predictive modeling, and autonomous systems.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines using cutting-edge frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the future.
- Establish best practices for data ethics, security, and privacy in an era of autonomous technology.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and excellence.
- Drive research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Quantum AI and Neural Interfaces.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
