Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation neural networks.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate technical requirements into architectural solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Oversee model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines using MLOps best practices.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge advancements in AI research to integrate breakthrough technologies into our core stack.
- Define technical strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model architecture.
- Experience designing high-throughput, low-latency systems for large-scale data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
