Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for 100+ qubit systems with error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to post-quantum attacks
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing adoption across enterprise clients
- Present quantum computing innovations at global tech forums and academic conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum computing systems with demonstrated fault-tolerance achievements
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature Quantum, PRX Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction codes
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants for quantum research initiatives
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business strategy
