Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI governance, climate tech, biotech convergence) to develop 2026-2035 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite to translate future scenarios into innovation priorities
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports for Fortune 500 partners and government stakeholders
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight platforms and satellite data analytics
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and other future-focused global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the world's largest open-source trend database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier publications
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
