- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for rapid prototyping of 2026 solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in AI-driven predictive modeling and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, and climate-tech trajectories
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS from APF)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term disruption
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
