Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions (quantum computing, biotech fusion, etc.)
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption curves and disruption vectors
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience with Delphi methods, trend impact analysis, and cross-industry mapping
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCiP)
