Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the overarching AI strategy and product roadmap targeted for 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends, including AGI, quantum machine learning, and advanced neural architectures.
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, product, and design teams to translate strategic visions into actionable development plans.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and technology integrations to accelerate our 2026 goals.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and ROI forecasts to the C-suite and executive board.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and ensure all 2026 initiatives meet rigorous compliance and safety standards.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of AI product managers and researchers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy, AI/ML development, or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and successfully launch innovative software products.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks, LLMs, and the future trajectory of machine learning technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and strategic forecasting.
