Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism.
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry into our logistics system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery issues promptly.
- Update customer records and track inventory status in real-time.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction scores and retention.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding processes as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for on-site attendance.
