Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Dispatch trucks and coordinate daily logistics schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and maintain accurate digital records.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to address shipping delays or errors.
- Assist in training new hires and supporting team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
