Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of trucks to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and accurately.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Package and label products according to strict shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies regarding damaged or missing inventory.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
