Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily safety briefings and incident documentation
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal disruption to workflow
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics
- Valid Forklift Certification required
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficient in WMS inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
