Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Manage incoming inventory and perform regular stock audits to ensure inventory levels meet demand.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and customer issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
