Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates to ensure high productivity.
- Ensure all inventory management processes are accurate and that stock levels are maintained.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to prevent accidents.
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and inventory handover.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Valid Forklift Certification and material handling license.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous warehouse supervisory experience.
- Strong ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, WMS, or similar).
