Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using industrial equipment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and meet quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
