Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with a focus on speed and safety.
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in general inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for scanning and counting.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
