Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately selecting and preparing customer orders with a focus on speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring proper organization of warehouse zones.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operating powered industrial equipment to move and stack materials (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspecting products for damage and ensuring they meet company standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicating effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a previous work environment.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Equipment: Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
