Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming customer tickets efficiently within the established SLA.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team to ensure seamless weekend operations.
- Document technical issues and solutions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Assist in training new staff members on weekend protocols and tools.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
