We are looking for a self-starter who can troubleshoot complex issues while maintaining excellent communication with our global client base.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to internal and external clients during night hours.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and security alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime during critical hours.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while keeping users informed of the status and resolution timeline.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and hardware maintenance as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote and in-person collaboration.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote).
