Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users including printers, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Ticket Management: Maintain a high volume of support tickets within SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards using our CRM tools.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the routine maintenance and patching of servers and workstations during off-hours.
- Documentation: Update technical logs and user guides to ensure knowledge base accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the weekday support team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (full shifts).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Windows/Linux environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
