Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, chat, and email

Qualifications
- 1+ years technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote teams
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- ITIL or CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired
