Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide remote and in-person technical support to employees
- Manage ticketing system and document incident resolutions
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Monitor network security and system performance
- Collaborate with IT team for complex escalations
- Conduct user training on new technologies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of IT support/help desk experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
